The story

Rizavan Khan (Shah Rukh Khan) is a simple man suffering from Asperger syndrome, who is on a rebellious journey to meet the President of the United States and draw his attention to the massive hatred brewing in the nation after the horrific 9/11 incident. The journey stems from a personal tragedy that ripped Khan off his family, leaving him heartbroken, vulnerable, and feeling cheated. The film’s signature dialogue “My name is Khan and I am not a terrorist” became a nationwide sensation after the movie’s release.
