The story

Colt Seavers (Ryan Gosling) is a past-his-prime Hollywood stuntman working in a mega-budget studio movie, which is being directed by his former lover (Emily Blunt). When the main star (Tom Ryder) of the movie goes missing — pushing the film to danger of being shut down — Colt volunteers to investigate the disappearance and help find the missing actor.
