The story

Years after a bloody turf war in Hong Kong's underworld, Kowloon Walled City is a lawless haven for gangs and refugees. When a skilled fighter angers the most feared Triad boss, a bounty is placed on his head, despite his connections to the enclave's leader. The pursuit violates a fragile truce, reigniting old grudges and decades of tension, leading to a bloody boiling point.
